Variance Hearings
8430 Edgewater Drive
The Project Applicants for this site are requesting sign and lot size variances for the subject property. Port invites the public to two separate virtual public hearing via Zoom (link information provided in the Notice of Public Hearings) to receive input prior to its decision on the lot size and sign variance applications on December 17, 2021 at 1:00 pm (PST) and 1:30 pm (PST), respectively. Further information is provided below.

The following permits have been approved by the Port. Aggrieved parties have 14 days from the notice date to appeal the decision. See LUDC Section 5.7 for requirements and the Appeal Application above.
