Oakland, Calif. – October 4, 2018: Jack London Square hosts events in October designed to attract hundreds of food lovers, families and shoppers looking for unique items and taste experiences.
Here’s a rundown of the events:
- Farmers Market, every Sunday rain or shine, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- The Buck, first and third Sundays of the month, Oct. 7 and Oct. 21, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Second Saturday, open-air market, Oct. 13, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Farmers market provides local produce, food craft products, and breakfast and lunch options for visitors. The Buck runs concurrently with Farmers Market and includes a wide variety of local-makers and vendors selling unique clothing, jewelry and specialty food products.
Second Saturdays is a monthly, festive, open-air market on the waterfront, featuring up to 100 artisan vendors, children’s activities, live entertainment, and an array of food choices from local vendors and favorite eateries.
