Jack London Square businesses including Plank and the 90s Experience will take part in the event. Plank will offer a Halloween-themed tutorial for a Witch’s Brew Bloodhound Punch. The 90s Experience, supplying a dose of nostalgia, is sending surprise 90s gift packs to costume contest winners.
