Permit Application Form
Port of Oakland tenants or private property owners who would like to alter or develop property in the Port Area must apply for a development permit online.
You will have the ability to check on your permit status and print approved plans and conditions of approval.
For EV charging stations, please complete the Application for New/Upgraded Utility Service form and upload it when completing the Development Permit Application.
