Notice of Opportunity for Public Comment

Oakland, Calif. – May 20, 2025: The Port of Oakland (the “Port”), owner and operator of the Oakland Airport (the “Airport”), has determined the need to submit to the Federal Aviation Administration (“FAA”) a Passenger Facility Change (“PFC”) Application to impose and to concurrently use PFC revenue to fund, in whole, or, in part, certain eligible improvements at the Airport. The Port has issued this public notice as part of the PFC application process as per 14 Code of Regulation (“CFR”) Part 158.24 Notice and Opportunity for Public Comment.
Comment Period: The Port will accept public comments on the proposed PFC Application No. 18 from the day of posting through Thursday, June 19, 2025 before 3:00 PM.
