Jack London Square restaurants give back during Oakland Restaurant Week

Oakland, Calif. – January 10, 2018:  Jack London Square restaurants are offering special prix-fixed meals as part of Oakland Restaurant Week. The eighth annual event, a fundraiser for the Alameda County Food bank, begins tomorrow and runs through Sunday, January 21.

“Restaurant Week is a wonderful way for locals and visitors alike to come to the Oakland waterfront and try a variety of dining options,” said Port of Oakland Commercial Real Estate Director Pamela Kershaw. “We’re pleased to see Jack London Square restaurants participating in this year’s culinary event that gives back to the community.”

Jack London Square participating restaurants: Kincaid’s, Lungomare, Plank, Scott’s Seafood Grill & Bar and The Forge Pizza.

Proceeds from participating restaurants will be donated to the Alameda County Food Bank to help distribute fresh food within the region and battle child hunger.
