Development Permit Applications must now be submitted online at:

The online application process will allow you to submit a development permit online, check on permit status, and print approved plans and conditions of approval. The online development permit application should be filled out by any Port of Oakland tenant or private property owner wishing to alter or develop property in the Port Area.
