The Oakland Airport Business Park is under the Port of Oakland Planning jurisdiction. Land use ("zoning") permits are submitted to the Port prior to applying for a City of Oakland Building Permit.

The Commercial Real Estate Division performs several major functions
in support of our mission: marketing and managing Port assets; providing
