Oak-to-Ninth District Development
The Oak-to-Ninth District Specific Plan process will include opportunities for community comment and participation. Also, the process for the certification of environmental documents by the City of Oakland will be a formal venue for public comment, and public hearings held by the Oakland Planning Commission prior to adoption of the Specific Plan.
