Red, White and Blue day the Jack London Square way
Free family festival on the Oakland waterfronte
Oakland, CA - July 2, 2015: Saturday, July 4, is a day of fun at the Port of Oakland’s Jack London Square with a free, family festival along the waterfront. Bay Area residents, visitors and families are invited to celebrate the holiday in the Square with music, food and entertainment from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Free family entertainment includes:
- Balloon artists
- Carnival games with an eco-twist
- Clowns
- Crafts
- Face painters
- Hula hoopers
- Magicians
- Performances
- Dance-A-Vision
- Kinetic Arts Circus Spire Youth Troupe
- Oaktown Jazz
- Petting zoo
- Puppet shows
- Riveropolis - kids create mini-river environments
- Storytelling
- Uncle Sam stilt walker
Daytime event only - no evening fireworks.
