Director Ale Flint oversees Oakland International Airport (OAK), which is owned and operated by the Port of Oakland.

“I am honored to share this recognition with the employees and partners at OAK who demonstrate their commitment to customer service excellence on a daily basis,” Aviation Director Ale Flint said. “Our future continues to look bright with the team’s ongoing dedication to keeping OAK the airport of choice in the San Francisco Bay Area.”

Director Ale Flint was selected by ARN’s editorial staff from a pool of highly qualified candidates for excelling in key areas such as leadership, community work, service and efforts to advance the airport industry. Appointed Director of Aviation in 2010, Ale Flint previously had served the airport in the roles of Assistant Aviation Director and Aviation Capital Program Manager. Additionally, Ale Flint sits on the Aviation Consumer Protection Committee created by the US Department of Transportation and is an Airports Council International-North America board member.
