ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION
June 1 and 15 Board Items.
  1. Resolution to Modify Formula used for Adjustment of Minimum Annual Guaranties for Airport Concessions Tenants with a Rent Structure Where Rent is the greater of a Specified Percentage of Gross Receipts or Minimum Annual Guaranty.
  2. Remediation (Clean up) Former Alaska Airlines, Inc. (“Alaska”) Hangar 6 Area, North Field, Oakland International Airport.
  3. Approval to Submit AIP Grant Application to the FAA for ALP Update.
  4. Ratification of a Space/Use Permit with PASSUR Aerospace, Inc. to install, operate, and maintain, a secondary radar system at the airport with no fiscal consideration.
  5. Agreement with City of Oakland for Storage of Emergency Response Equipment By the Oakland Fire Department with a Monthly Rental of $978.90.
