- Approval of a Lease of Real Property with GSC Logistics, Inc. for Building D-512 and 13.59 acres of yard area at a monthly rate of $85,000.00.
- Approval of First Supplemental Agreement with Science Applications International Corporation Specialty Contract for Berths 23/24 Support Services.
- Authorization to Grant $5 million of Port funds to the Bay Area Air Quality Management District to Supplement a Proposition 1B Grant Award for the Retrofit of 1,000 Drayage Trucks Serving the Port of Oakland, and Authorization to Negotiate and Enter into an Agreement with the Bay Area Air Quality Management District for the Grant.
- Authorization to Reject all Bids for the Construction of Middle Harbor Shoreline Park Service Center, Building D-144.
- Authorization for the Executive Director to Execute an Amendment to the Non-Exclusive Preferential Assignment Agreement with Evergreen Marine Corporation (Taiwan) Ltd. for 15 acres within the Berth 34 Terminal Yard Facilities for a Duration of Six Months at a total revenue of $412,500.
