- Approval of Assignment of Various Agreements Affecting Jack London Square from JLSP, CEP-JLS I, and CEP-JLS II to Jack London Square Investors LLC.
- Approval of a First Supplemental Agreement to the Oakland Marinas LP Lease and Operating Agreement, for the addition to the premises of Approximately 1.4 acres of water area in Jack London Square, for the purpose of constructing a 21-slip addition to the West Basin Marina, with a projected rental income of approximately $50,000 per year.
