- Approval of Plans and Project Manual for the Berth 33 Yard Reconstruction, 13-Acre Expansion, and Authorization to Award the Contract to the Lowest Responsible, Responsive Bidder Up to the Estimated Amount of $7,000,000.
- Approval of Agreement with URS Corp, for On-Call Professional Services for Berths 34-37 Terminal Improvements, Outer Harbor, in an Amount Certified by the Board of Port Commissioners.

- Approval of Consultant Agreement with Liftech Consultant, Inc. for Engineering Consultation Services to perform On-Call Crane Related Structural Engineering Including Urgent and Emergency Work for Port Container Cranes for the Period Commencing January 1, 2007, and Ending December 31, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 in the Estimated Amount of $100,000 Per Year.
- Approval of Professional Services Agreements with Testing Engineers, Inc., and Inspection Services, Inc., for On Call Structural Inspection and Material Testing Services for Port of Oakland Cranes for the Period Commencing January 1, 2007, and Ending December 31, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 in the Estimated Amount of $200,000 Per Year.
