    2. Approval of a License and Concession Agreement with Oakland Military Institute, College Preparatory Academy for Property Located at 2405 West 14th Street, Oakland.
  5. Review of the August 15, 2006 Board Agenda Items.
    1. Authorization to Dispense with Standard Bidding Procedures and Include the Demolition of Buildings 645, 646, 670, 674, 675, 676, 680, 689 and 690 at the Former Oakland Army Base, Outer Harbor, in the Port’s Small Business, for an Estimated Amount of $4,400,000.
1This amount has been authorized by the Port Commission. It is not disclosed in this document in the best interest of the Public and the competitive process. Actual amounts will be available when negotiations are complete.
