    1. Approval of First Reading of an Ordinance Authorizing a Storm Drain Easement Agreement with the Union Pacific Railroad Company to connect its system from Manhole 10 in Maritime Street to the drainage system in Berth 58.
    2. Approval of Project Manual for Furnishing Labor, Materials and Equipment for Spot Painting of Port of Oakland Cranes for the Period Commencing December 1, 2006 and Ending November 30, 2007, 2008 or 2009, in the Estimated Annual Amount of $125,000.
  5. Review of the July 18, 2006 Board Agenda Items.
    1. Approval of the Second Supplemental Agreement with Ben C. Gerwick, Inc., for Engineering Services for the Wharf Embankment Strengthening of Berths 35-37 at Outer Harbor, in an Amount Certified by the Board of Port Commissioners.1
    2. Authorization to Execute a Professional Services Agreement with Science Applications International Corporation for Environmental Consulting Services in Support of Petroleum Cleanup Efforts at Berths 23/24, in the Amount of $225,000.
    3. Authorization to Increase the Contract Budget for the Existing Contract with Dutra Construction Co., Inc., for Annual Dredging and Berth Deepening of Port of Oakland Berths for the Period Commencing July 1, 2005 and Ending June 30, 2006, 2007 or 2008, in the Amount of $2,500,000.
    4. Adoption of New Electric Rates for Sale of Electrical Power at the Former Fleet Industrial Supply Center-Oakland (FISCO) Facilities and the Surrounding Water Areas.
