- Authorization to Increase the Contract Budget for the Existing Contract with Dutra Construction Co., Inc., for Annual Dredging and Berth Deepening of Port of Oakland Berths for the Period Commencing July 1, 2005 and Ending June 30, 2006, 2007 or 2008, in the Amount of $2,500,000.
- Adoption of New Electric Rates for Sale of Electrical Power at the Former Fleet Industrial Supply Center-Oakland (FISCO) Facilities and the Surrounding Water Areas.
