Approval of Plans and Project Manual for Paving a 21-Acre Container Yard Within the Maritime Support Center Area, Authorization to Award the Contract to the Lowest Responsible Bidder Up to the Estimated Amount of $3,600,000, and Approval of First Supplemental Agreement with Han-Padron Associates LLP to Provide Associated Construction Management Services in the Amount of $415,000.
   2. Authorization to Dispense with Standard Bidding Procedures for Modification of Beach at Middle Harbor Shoreline Park (Small Business Program) in the Estimated Amount of $500,000.
   3. Ratification of Addenda and Award of Contract for Construction of Berths 35/37 Wharf Modifications for Berth Deepening, Outer Harbor, in the Amount of $20,924,616.
   4. Ratification of a Change Order for Additional Costs Associated with the Disposal of dredged Recent Bay Deposits from the Berth 22 Wharf Reconstruction Project in the Estimated Amount of $297,988.58.
   5. Approval of Second Supplemental Agreement with Cash & Associates for On-Call Professional Services for Berth 32-34 Yard and Terminal Improvements, Outer Harbor, in an Amount Certified by the Board of Port Commissioners.
   6. Authorization to Dispense with Standard Bidding Procedures and Approval of A Professional Services Agreement with Strategic Solutions Partners to Support the newly formed Maritime Management Services LLC to provide Maritime Operations and Marketing Consulting Services to the Port of Sacramento and to Support the Port of Oakland’s overall Maritime Marketing and Advertising Efforts.
5. Review of the April 4, 2006 Board Agenda Items
1. Authorization to Dispense with Standard Bidding Practices and for the Executive Director to Negotiate and Enter into an Agreement with the Regents of the University of California, Action on Behalf of its Library – Regional Oral History Office to Implement the Oakland Army Base Oral History Documentation Program.
2. Approval of Project Manual for Furnishing Pile Driver Crew for Repairs to Port of Oakland Docks and Waterfront Facilities for the Period Commencing June 1, 2006 and Ending May 31, 2007, 2008 or 2009, in the Estimated Amount of $600,000.
