    2. Authorization to Dispense with Standard Bidding Procedures for Modification of Beach at Middle Harbor Shoreline Park (Small Business Program) in the Estimated Amount of $500,000.
    3. Ratification of Addenda and Award of Contract for Construction of Berths 35/37 Wharf Modifications for Berth Deepening, Outer Harbor, in the Amount of $20,924,616.

Authorization to Dispense with Standard Bidding Procedures and Approval of A Professional Services Agreement with Strategic Solutions Partners to Support the newly formed Maritime Management Services LLC to provide Maritime Operations and Marketing Consulting Services to the Port of Sacramento and to Support the Port of Oakland’s overall Maritime Marketing and Advertising Efforts.

    1. Authorization to Dispense with Standard Bidding Practices and for the Executive Director to Negotiate and Enter into an Agreement with the Regents of the University of California, Action on Behalf of its Library – Regional Oral History Office to Implement the Oakland Army Base Oral History Documentation Program.
