   1. Recommendation to Approve and Authorize the Fourth Supplemental Agreement to the Non-Exclusive Preferential Assignment Agreement with Maersk Pacific, LTD to Add 49 Additional Acres and Two Cranes.
   2. Approval of an Agreement with Captain Robert E. Riley, Marine Consultants, Inc., for Purchase from the Port for $15,000.00, the Rights to the Port of Oakland’s Management Training Program, Including Lesson Plans, Text Books, Miscellaneous Training Materials.
   3. Recommendation to Approve (1) Execution of Oakland Army Base Title Settlement and Exchange Agreement Among the City of Oakland, The Oakland Base Reuse Authority, the Oakland Redevelopment Agency, the State Lands Commission and the Port (“Exchange Agreement”), (2) Execution of Agreement Amending the July 8, 2003 Memorandum of Agreement for Oakland Army Base and Related Agreements Among the City of Oakland, the Oakland Base Reuse Authority, The Oakland Redevelopment Agency and the Port (“MOA Amendments”) and (3) an Ordinance Amending Port Ordinance No. 3758 (Approving Alterations to the Port Area and the Transfer and Acquisition of Property Under Exchange Agreement and MOA Amendments).
   4. Recommend Approval for Permanent Transfer, for a Nominal Fee of One Dollar ($1.00), of the Port’s Copyright Rights to the Textbook, Modern Marine Terminal Operations and Management, to Raymond A. Boyle, Former Employee of the Port of Oakland.
   5. Authorization and Approval of Professional Services Agreement with Bay Area World Trade Center (BAWTC).
   6. Authorization to Dispense with Standard Bidding Procedures for a Portion of the 21-Acre Container Yard Improvements Within the Maritime Support Center Area, in the Estimated Amount of $5,800,000.

2. Ratification of Addenda and Award of Contract for Construction of Berths 35/37 Wharf Modifications for Berth Deepening, Outer Harbor, in the Amount of $XXXXX.
3. Approval of Second Supplemental Agreement with CH2M Hill Inc., for Professional Engineering Services for the Wharf and Embankment Strengthening Program (WESP), Berths 23-26 and 30, Outer Harbor, in an Amount to be Certified by the Board of Port Commissioners.
