    4. Recommend Approval for Permanent Transfer, for a Nominal Fee of One Dollar ($1.00), of the Port’s Copyright Rights to the Textbook, Modern Marine Terminal Operations and Management, to Raymond A. Boyle, Former Employee of the Port of Oakland.
    5. Authorization and Approval of Professional Services Agreement with Bay Area World Trade Center (BAWTC).
    6. Authorization to Dispense with Standard Bidding Procedures for a Portion of the 21-Acre Container Yard Improvements Within the Maritime Support Center Area, in the Estimated Amount of $5,800,000.
