  1. Approval of License and Concession Agreement with Transnational Aviation Services, Inc. for Passenger Hosting and Baggage Handling Services for a One-Year Term With a Monthly Rental of $250 or 10% of Gross Revenues, Whichever is Greater (#1 Airport Drive, South Airport).
  2. Amendment to Contract with the Alameda County Sheriff's Department to provide Law Enforcement and Security Services at Oakland International Airport at an Annual Cost of $6,280,356.00.
  3. Approval of License and Concession Agreement with AVEX Flight Support, Inc. for Aircraft Cabin Cleaning Services for a One-Year Term With a Monthly Rental of $250 or 10% of Gross Revenues, Whichever is Greater (#1 Airport Drive, South Airport).
  4. First Reading of First Supplemental Agreement with the City of Oakland for an Extension of the Lease Term covering the Spunkmeyer Field with an annual rental of $1.00 (Doolittle Drive and Harbor Bay Parkway, North Airport).

  9. Approval of Plans and Project Manual for Reconstruction of East Apron - Phase 1, South Field, OIA, AIP No. 3-06-0170-29.
  10. Approval of Second Supplemental Agreement with MWM/YHL Joint Venture Architects for Engineering Services for Design of the In-Line Explosives Detection System in Terminal 2, South Field, OIA, in the Amount of $925,000.
  11. Approval of Second Supplemental Agreement with Carter & Burgess, Inc., for Engineering Services for Reconstruction of East Apron - Phase 1, South Field, OIA, AIP 3-06-0170-29, in the Amount of $180,000.
