2. Approval of a First Supplemental Agreement to Lease with Southwest Airlines Co. for Reimbursement to Construct Bravo Service Road at a Cost Not to Exceed $1,300,000 and Approval to Dispense with Competitive Bidding for Construction of Bravo Service Road (501 Alan Shepard Way, South Airport)
3. Authorization to enter into contracts with Michael R. McClintock & Co. and Mestre-Greve Associates to provide services for the Oakland Airport -Community Noise Management Forum. Annual costs not to exceed $100,000
4. Authorization to enter into a supplement agreement with Brown-Buntin Associates, Inc., for an additional amount of $70,000, to perform sound studies related to the settlement agreements with the City of San Leandro, and the San Leandro and San Lorenzo Unified School Districts
5. Ratification of submittal of a grant application to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for a new Terminal 2 electrical substation and acceptance of the grant in the amount of $966,925
6. Agreement with Oakland Museum of California and Oakland School for the Arts for Exhibit Program at Oakland International Airport in the amount of up to $385,127.
7. Amendment to Contract with the Alameda County Sheriff's Department to provide Law Enforcement and Security Services at Oakland International Airport at an Annual Cost of $6,943,706
8. Amendment to Contract with ABC Security in the amount of $2,190,847 to provide Traffic Control and Other Security Services at Oakland International Airport
9. Approval of an amendment to Port Ordinance 3634 to increase North Field Fees by current CPI-W
10. Award of Contract for Furnishing Service and Maintenance for Passenger Boarding Bridges for the Period Commencing July 1, 2004 and Ending June 30, 2005, 2006, 2007 or 2008 in the Amount of $297,584 for the First Year
11. Ratification of Addenda and Award of Contract for Construction of Electrical Substation, Building M-363, Terminal 2, South Field, OIA, AIP No. 3-06-0170-33, in the Amount of $1,798,800
