  1. Approval of Lease Amendment For Extension of Lease with the United States Postal Service with a monthly rental of $27,725.28 (7201 Earhart Road, North Airport)
  2. Approval of a First Supplemental Agreement to Lease with Southwest Airlines Co. for Reimbursement to Construct Bravo Service Road at a Cost Not to Exceed $1,300,000 and Approval to Dispense with Competitive Bidding for Construction of Bravo Service Road (501 Alan Shepard Way, South Airport)
  3. Authorization to enter into contracts with Michael R. McClintock & Co. and Mestre-Greve Associates to provide services for the Oakland Airport -Community Noise Management Forum. Annual costs not to exceed $100,000
  4. Authorization to enter into a supplement agreement with Brown-Buntin Associates, Inc., for an additional amount of $70,000, to perform sound studies related to the settlement agreements with the City of San Leandro, and the San Leandro and San Lorenzo Unified School Districts
  5. Ratification of submittal of a grant application to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for a new Terminal 2 electrical substation and acceptance of the grant in the amount of $966,925
