    1. Approval of License and Concession Agreement with Oakland Fuel Facilities Corporation, for a One-Year Term with an Annual Rental of $4,200.00 (Stadium Area of the Airfield - South Airport).
    2. Authorization to negotiate and execute Professional Services Agreements with three firms, (1) HNTB Corporation, (2) Jacobs Consultancy Inc. (doing business as Leigh Fisher Associates), and (3) Ricondo & Associates, to provide as-needed aviation planning consulting services for a total amount (all firms combined) not to exceed $800,000.
    3. Approval of Modification of Ordinance 3648 and Authorizing Implementation of Off-Airport Parking Fees Based on an 8% Percent of Gross Receipts Privilege Fee and Waiving the AVI 'per trip fee' for those Operators that Comply with the Port Ordinance Requiring the Conversion of at least 50% of an Operator's Shuttle Vehicle Fleet.
    4. First Reading of an Ordinance (1) Approving a Ground Lease with Southwest Airlines Co. with an Annual Rental of $104,277.60, (2) Dispensing with Competitive Bidding for Construction of Lease-Related Infrastructure, and (3) Amending License and Concession Agreement with Southwest Airlines to Provide for Demolition of Existing Provisioning Building at Port's Expense (501 Alan Shepard Way, South Airport).
    5. Approval of Agreement to Extend Right-of-Entry and Indemnity Agreement with Oakland Aircraft, Inc. dba Oakland Aircraft Maintenance for an Extension of its Term With a Monthly Rental of $2,961.94 (7951 Earhart Road, North Airport).
    6. Approval of License and Concession Agreement with 360º Gourmet Express for Storage Space at Monthly Rent Equivalent to Type VII Terminal Space Rental as Established by Port Ordinance 3634 (#1 Airport Drive, South Airport).
    7. Approval of License and Concession Agreement with Jesus M. Valerio dba Rainbow Mobile Wash for a One-Year Term With a Monthly Rental of $250 or 10% of Gross Revenues, Whichever is Greater (#1 Airport Drive, South Airport).
    8. Approval of Access Agreement with United States of America, Department of the Army for a One-Year Term With No Monthly Rental (Eight Parcels on North Airport).
    9. Resolution Approving an Interim Funding Agreement between the Port of Oakland and the San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District (BART), Authorizing the Expenditure of Up To $1,000,000 for Engineering, Design and Related Services Performed by BART on the Oakland Airport Connector Project.
    10. Resolution accepting $100,000 grant toward the purchase of Airport CNG Shuttle Buses.
    11. Approval of License and Concession Agreement With Oakland Museum of California for a ne-Year Term With No Monthly Rental (#1 Airport Drive, South Airport and 7951 Earhart Rd., North Airport).
    12. Approval of Rejection of Bids and Negotiation of Contract for Installation of Fiber Optic Cables Between Substations SS-1, SS-1A, SS-8, SS-13 and SS-15, Oakland International Airport.
    13. Approval of a First Supplemental Agreement with Airport and Aviation Professionals (AvAirPros) to the Contract to Provide Airline Liaison Services on the Terminal Expansion Program (TEx) for the Construction Phase of the Terminal 2 Expansion Project.
    14. Approval of Plans and Project Manual for Construction of Electrical Substation, Building M-363, Terminal 2, South Field, OIA.
