OAKLAND, Calif, (October 7, 2002) - The Port

agreement. This agreement will allow the Port to implement the ADP
to meet current and future air transportation needs of the region.
Port Executive Director, Tay Yoshitani, made the following clarification
to earlier published reports regarding the ADP, the various components
of the program, and expected completion dates. “The Port

a 6000 stall parking garage and new utilities. These projects
are expected to be completed within three years. The second phase
of the program, which will include the new main terminal and the
two-tiered roadway systems, will be implemented as the Port evaluates
its financial capability.”
The gathering will take place at the Port of Oakland headquarters
