Port Of Oakland And Score! Learning, Inc. Sign 10-Year Lease SCORE!
Relocates Headquarters from San Francisco to Jack London Square
OAKLAND, CALIF.--The Port of Oakland and SCORE! Learning, Inc. recently signed a ten-year lease agreement for approximately 31,500 square feet of office space at 66 Jack London Square. SCORE!'s new office, which will be used for administrative purposes, will house approximately 150 employees. BT Commercial was the broker responsible for executing the lease.
"We're thrilled that SCORE! has chosen to move its offices here," remarked Omar Benjamin, director, Commercial Real Estate, Port of Oakland. "The allure of being close to the water, the vibrancy of Jack London Square and the fundamental value of Oakland I'm sure played a part in the decision. And we're excited that SCORE! is now a Port tenant."
"Jack London Square is a thriving business district offering the space necessary to accommodate our rapid growth and a central location convenient to the talent that we are attracting from across the Bay Area," said SCORE! CEO Robert Waldron. "We are pleased to make Jack London Square our new base of operations."
