West Oakland Study Risk Assessment
The California Air Resources Board (CARB), in cooperation with the Bay Area Air Quality Management District, has completed a study to estimate the health risks from diesel exhaust in West Oakland. The Port of Oakland provided information on local marine and rail operations for the risk assessment. For results of the study, go to the CARB Website.
