How to get tickets

The next online registration will open on Monday, April 29, 2024 at 8 p.m. (PDT) for the May 10 tour. Online registration will open again on Monday, June 3, 2024 at 8 p.m. (PDT) for the June 14 boat tour. There are 230 spaces available on each harbor tour and each person may reserve up to four (4) tickets per boat tour.

Registration is on a first come, first served basis. Please note that due to popular demand, these free tickets are usually all taken within minutes. We do not accept telephone reservations.

If you are not able to get harbor tour tickets, we accept walk-ins. Just show up 30 minutes prior to the tour and ask to be placed on our waiting list. On harbor tours in years past, we have accepted some of the people on the waiting list. There is no guarantee for getting on the harbor tour as a walk-in; however, there are plenty of other fun things to do at Jack London Square should you “miss the boat”.

NOTE: Registration links will not go live until April 29  and then again on June 3 at exactly at 8 p.m. Signing on prior to 8 p.m. will not work unless you refresh your link a split second after 8 p.m. to see the registration link. You can only sign up for that month’s tour; we do not take advance registration for tours in the following months.
