NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Port of Oakland has established the following race neutral goals for the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) programs that it administers for Federal Fiscal Years 2011-2014 and the updated DBE Program Plans:
The stated DBE/ACDBE goals are applicable to federally assisted projects funded by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and scheduled for award during federal fiscal years 2012 – 2014 (October 1, 2011 through September 30, 2014). The Port of Oakland's proposed DBE and ACDBE goals and its rationale were developed in response to the United States Department of Transportation's (US DOT) Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program Final Rule 49 Code of Federal Regulations, Parts 26 and 23 respectively, and available for inspection for thirty (30) days following the first date of this notice, September 22, 2011, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday, at our principal place of business located at:
